TY - JOUR TI - Evaluation of Health-Related Life Quality of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis Admitted to a Medical Faculty Hospital AB - Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the life qualityand related factors of patients with chronic hepatitis B and C whoadmitted to the Infectious Diseases Clinic of Erciyes UniversityMedical Faculty Hospital.Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a total of 234patients with chronic hepatitis B and C between December 2016and June 2017 were included. The questionnaire consisted of 16sociodemographic questions and SF-36 life quality form.Results: The average age of 234 participants was 53.4±13.2(minimum: 19, maximum: 84) years. 19.7% of the participants werehepatitis B carriers, 44.0% were chronic hepatitis B and 36.3% werechronic hepatitis C patients.
