Clinical, Diagnosis and Treatment in Non-infectious Retinal Vasculitis

Öz:
Retinal vasculitis can be in the form of isolated ocular involvement, or can be associated with infections, neoplastic, degene rative and systemic inflammatory diseases. The differentiation of infectious and non-infectious causes is very important forthe appropriate treatment approach. Retinal vasculitis is diagnosed clinically and confirmed by fundus fluorescein angiog raphy. Corticosteroids are the main treatment modality in non-infectious retinal vasculitis, especially in the control of acuteintraocular inflammation. The aim of this review is to provide an overview of the clinical findings, diagnostic evaluations andtreatment options of non-infectious retinal vasculitis.
