TI  - Effect of Yarn Spinning Systems on Dimensional Parameters of 1X1 Rib Fabrics
AB  - In this study, dimensional parameters of 1x1 rib fabrics were examined. Fabrics of different yarncounts and stitch length values were produced from yarns obtained from ring, compact and rotorspinning systems. Three different relaxation processes were applied to these fabrics and dimensionalparameter values (Uc, Uw and Us ) were calculated. According to the results of the study; after 5washing / drying cycles, the loops were determined to be completely relaxed. It was found that thestructural differences of the yarns obtained from different yarn production systems were not effectiveon dimensional parameters. Also, R (loop shape) values increases linearly with the increase of fabricstructural tightness factor (STF).
