Digital platforms utilize operational efficiency, dataintensive and even artificial intelligence driven risk management and decision makingprocesses. This change has led to repercussions in organizational structures of banks,sectoral regulations and policy development perspectives. With respect to that, in thisstudy, structured interviews are conducted with seven Turkish top bank managers toprovide feedbacks and policy recommendations from the field that support the aforementioned change in banking.
