TI  - Technological Innovations in New Type Coronavirus and Health System
AB  - The new type of Coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) spreadsrapidly as a global epidemic and affects health, economic and socialsystems. Increasing the number of patients in COVID-19 hospitalsnegatively affects the health system by causing insufficient materialsand health workers to be exposed to the risk of infection. Ethicaldilemmas regarding providing healthcare to all patients are moredifficult due to uncertainties caused by the disease, change in sociallife, stress, emotional deterioration, having to work for a long time,insufficient intensive care conditions and mechanical ventilationduring the pandemic period. In this process, new and creativeapproaches are needed in the health system to effectively meetthe health needs of individuals. Telemedicine applications, mobileapplications, web-based applications and psychological supportapplications are among these approaches. In this paper, a new typeof COVID-19 pandemic in the world and Turkey was referred tothe process of innovation in the health care system.
