Afyon yöresinde Sabin-Feldman (SF) boya testi ile koyunlarda Toxoplasma gondii seroprevalansı

Öz:

Afyon yöresinde l yaşın üstünde 172 koyuna ait serum örnekleri, Sabin-Feldman (SF) boya testi ile Toxoplasma göndü antikorları yönünden kontrol edilmiştir. Yapılan serolojik muayene sonucunda 172 koyundan 94'ü (% 54.65) seropozitif bulunmuştur. Bu koyun serumlarının titrasyon basamağı 1/16'da 42; 1/64'de 33; 1/256'da 16 ve 1/1024'de 3 adedinin pozitiflik verdiği tespit edilmiştir.

Öz:

The sera of 172 sheep over one year of age, collected in Afyon region were tested by the SF dye test for Toxoplasma gondii antibodies. Obtained results revealed 54. 65 % (94 out of 172) of sheep to have Toxoplasma gondii antibodies at a liter of 1:16 and above (42 samples at 1/16, 33 at 1/64, 16 at 1/256 and 3 at 1/1024).
