Çocuklarda deplase suprakondiler humerus kırıklarının çapraz Kirschner teli ile tespitinin sonuçları

Öz:

Suprakondiler humerus kırıkları, pediatrik yaş grubu hastalarda tüm dirsek bölgesi kırıklarının çoğunu oluşturmaktadır. Son yıllarda literatürde kapalı redaksiyon ve perkutan pinlemenin (KRPP) tedavide en ideal yaklaşım olduğu konusunda görüş birliği mevcuttur. Bu çalışmada Gart land tip 111 deplase suprakondiler humerus kırıklarının tedavisinde uyguladığımız KRPP yönteminin radyolojik ve klinik sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Erken postoperatif dönemde ve son kontrollerde çekilen ön—arka ve yan dirsek grafilerinde Baumann açısı, taşıma açısı ve humerokapitular açı ölçüldü . Erken postoperatif dönemde ortalama Baumann açısı, taşıma açısı ve humerokapitular açı sırasıyla 7 (2-12), 12 (0-24), 22 (12-38) derece; son kontrollerde ise sırasıyla 7 (0-18), 9 (0-22), 22 (8-52) derece bulundu. Olguların erken postoperatif ve son kontrollerindeki radyografik ine elemelerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı oranda redaksiyon kaybı tespit edilmedi. Hastalar Flyıın ve ark.'nın kriterlerine göre değerlendirildiğinde 23'ünde mükemmel, 5'inde iyi, l'inde orta ve 6'sında kötü sonuç; Mark ve ark.'nın kriterlerine göre değerlendirildiğinde ise 22'sinde mükemmel, 9'unda iyi ve 4'ünde kötü sonuç elde edildi.

The results of fixation of displaced supracondylar humeral fractures with crossed Kirschner wires

Öz:

We evaluated the radiological and clinical results of closed reduction and percutaneous crossed pinning technique that was used for displaced Gartland type.Ill supracondylar fractures of the humerus.During the early postoperative period and at the last visit, antero—posterior and lateral elbow radiographs were taken and Baumann angle, carrying angle and humerocapitellar angle were measured and compared. Baumann angle, carrying angle and hume-rocapitellar angle were 7 (2-12), 12 (0-24) and 22 (12-38) degrees respectively in the early postoperative period. In the last follow-up, they were 7 (0-18), 9 (0-22) and 22 (8-52) degrees respectively. There was no statistical difference between the angles measured in early postoperative period and last follow-up. According to criteria ofFlynn et al., there were 23 very good, 5 good, 1 fair and 6 poor results and according to criteria of Mark et al., there were 22 very good, 9 good and 4 poor results.
