Endoskopik Ventrikül Cerrahi Anatomisi

Öz:
Lateral ventriküller ve üçüncü ventrikül önemli yapılara olan komşulukları ve beynin ortasında derin yerleşimli olmaları nedeni ile cerrahi olarak ulaşımı zor olan özellikli koridorlardır. Endoskopi ise günümüzde artan avantajları, hastalara daha kaliteli bir hayat sürme şansı sunması ile kullanımı artan popüler bir cerrahi yöntemidir. Ventriküllerin önemli bağlantı kavşakları olması, pek çok kritik yapıya komşu olmaları, derin venöz sistem ve pek çok arteryel yapı ile olan yakın ilişkileri nedeni ile cerrahi girişim yapılırken başarılı sonuçların elde edilebilmesi için anatomilerinin iyi bilinmesi gerekir. Bu bölümde, endoskopinin çeşitli ventrikül içi kullanım endikasyonları, endoskopik cerrahi teknik bilgileri ile lateral ve üçüncü ventrikül anatomisi hakkında bilgi vermeyi amaçladık.

Öz:
The lateral ventricles and the third ventricle are corridors that are difficult to access due to their proximity to important structures andtheir deep location in the middle of the brain. Endoscopy, on the other hand, is a popular method with increasing advantages andprovides patients with a better quality of life. As ventricles are important connection junctions that are adjacent to critical structuresand have a close relationship with the deep venous system and many arterial structures, their anatomy should be well known inorder to achieve successful results during surgical intervention. In this section, we aimed to provide information about various intra ventricular indications of endoscopy and the anatomy of the lateral and third ventricles, and technical information on endoscopicsurgery.
