Sosyal Zeka Kavramının Bir Boyutu Olarak Empati ve Performans Üzerine Bir İnceleme

Öz:
Kişilerin işteki performanslarını ve başarılarını etkileyen en önemli faktörün onların genel zeka seviyesi olduğu, uzun yıllardır savunulmaktadır. Ancak, genel zekanın yanında, başarı ve performansı etkileyen başka faktörlerin de olduğu kanıtlanmıştır. Bu faktörlerin başında "sosyal zeka" kavramı gelmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, öncelikle sosyal zeka kavramını incelemektir. Daha sonra, sosyal zeka ile çok yakından ilişkisi olan empati, sosyal davranış ve performans kavramları detaylı bir biçimde açıklanarak ve bu kavramların birbirleri ile ilişkileri tartışılmaktadır.

The Concept of Empathy and Performance as an Aspect of Social Intelligence

The level of general intelligence has long been stated as the most important factor affecting one's success and performance on the job. However, there are other factors affecting success and performance on the job. Among these factors, social intelligence comes first. The first aim of this study is to explore the "social intelligence" com if. In addition, factors related to social intelligence such as empathy, social behavior, and performance will be comprehensively explained in this study.
