Öz:
Araştırmanın amacı, hemşirelerde algılanan lider-üye etkileşiminin işten ayrılma niyetine etkisinde işe yabancılaşmanın aracılık rolünün araştırılmasıdır. Çalışma evreni olarak Eskişehir’de hizmet veren bir üniversitenin Sağlık, Uygulama ve Araştırma hastanesinde (N=560) çalışan hemşireler alınmıştır. Demografik özellikler ve üç değişkene ait ifadelerinin yer aldığı anket formu ile 342 hemşireden toplanan veriler kullanılarak, araştırmanın değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiler doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi, yapısal eşiklik modeli ve boostrap istatistiksel yöntemler ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu analizler sonucunda, lider-üye etkileşiminin işten ayrılma niyetine etkisinde işe yabancılaşmanın kısmi aracılık etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Öz:
This study sought to investigate the effects of leader-member exchange on turnover intentions, mediating role of work alienation in these effects. The population of the research is the nurses working in the health, practice and research hospital of a university operating in Eskişehir. Descriptive questionnaire-based survey was conducted. Data collected from 342 nurses were used with a questionnaire including demographic characteristics and items of three variables. The research variables were analyzed using statistical methods such as confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equality model and bootstrapping method. As a result of these analyzes, it was determined that work alienation has a partial mediating effect on the effect of leader-member exchange on turnover intentions.
