TY - JOUR TI - Tuzluluğun bitki gelişimine etkisi AB - Salinity is one of the most important problems of the world lands. That the applications of agricultural and landscape irrigation are carried out in a wrong way is able to lead the problem of salinity particularly on the places where the natural drainage conditions aren't enough. If there is irrigation on a land, it is inevitable to transmit salt by water. Both ground and overground water used in irrigation have dissolved salt on their own. When the water in soil is consumed by evaporation and plant, these salt has been accumulated in the soil. Salt accumulated in soil has spoilt the physical and mechanical features of the soil and has affected the crop development negatively. The decreases observed in the productivity of a crop which has been grown depend not only on the concentration of soil solution but also the soil resistance of the crop.
