SOSYAL GÜVENLİK KURUMU’NUN 2012-2020 YILLARI ARASI İŞ KAZALARI GÖSTERGELERİNİN STANDARDİZASYONU

Öz:
Gelişmiş milletlerin sanayilerinde meydana gelen büyümeler iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda ortaya koydukları ilerlemeler ile doğru orantılıdır. İlerlemelerin en büyük göstergesi ise iş kazası sayısının en aza indirgenmesidir. Bu kapsamda ülkemizde yaşanan iş kazalarının incelenerek yorumlanması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Çalışma kapsamındaki 2012-2020 yılları arasında yaşanan iş kazalarına ait istatistiksel veriler, iş görmezlik süreleri ve ölümlü vaka sayıları Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu’ndan elde edilmiştir. Veriler analiz edilerek sektör ayrımı yapılmadan yıllara ait iş kazası ağırlık oranları ve iş kazası sıklık hızları belirlenmiş ve kıyaslanmıştır. 2012-2020 yılları arasında iş kazası sıklık hızı %447,25 artış, iş kazası ağırlık oranı ise gün bazında %43,79 artış göstermiştir. İş kazası sıklık hızı ile iş kazası ağırlık oranı arasındaki artışın anlamsız olmasından dolayı ortaya çıkan değer değişkenlerin standart insidans oranı için %95 güven aralığında istatistiksel standardizasyonları yapılmıştır. Özellikle Covid-19 pandemi şartlarındaki sokağa çıkma yasağı, evden çalışma, belirli sektör çalışmalarının durdurulması vb. önlemlerin uygulanması sonrasında iş hayatındaki faal çalışanları oranı hızla azalmıştır. 2012-2020 yılları arasında Türkiye’de meydana gelen iş kazalarının standardize edilmesi sonrasında iş kazası sayısının azalmadığı az da olsa arttığı görülmüştür. Bu durum Türkiye’de çalışma hayatına giren sigortalı işçilerin iş kazası ile karşılaşma oranlarının arttığını ve işçi sayısı arttıkça iş kazası oranının da arttığını göstermektedir.

Russian Consensus on Exo- and Endocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency After Surgical Treatment

Öz:
The Russian consensus on exo- and endocrine pancreatic insufficiency after surgical treatment was prepared on the initiative of the Russian Pancreatic Club using the Delphi method. Its goal was to consolidate the opinions of national experts on the most relevant issues of diagnosis and treatment of exo- and endocrine insufficiency after surgical interventions on the pancreas. An interdisciplinary approach is ensured by the participation of leading gastroenterologists and surgeons.

STANDARDIZATION OF BETWEEN 2012-2020 YEARS WORK ACCIDENTS INDICATORS OF SOCIAL SECURITY INSTITUTION

Öz:
The growth in the industries of developed nations is directly proportional to the progress they have made in occupational health and safety. The biggest indicator of these advances is the minimization of the number of occupational accidents. In this context, it is of great importance to be interpreted by examining the occupational accidents in our country. Within the scope of this study, statistical data, periods of incapacity and number of fatal cases related to occupational accidents between the years 2012-2020 were obtained from the Social Security Institution. By analyzing the data, occupational accident severity rates and occupational accident frequency rates for years were determined and compared without making any sectoral discrimination. Between 2012 and 2020, the frequency of occupational accidents increased by 447.25% and the occupational accident severity rate increased by 43.79% on a daily basis. Due to the insignificance of the increase between the occupational accident frequency rate and the occupational accident severity rate, statistical standardizations were made for the standard incidence rate of the resulting variables within the 95% confidence interval. In particular, after the implementation of the measures within the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic such as curfew, working from home, stopping certain sector works etc. the rate of active employees in business life decreased rapidly. After the standardization of work accidents that occurred in Turkey between the years 2012-2020, it was observed that the number of work accidents did not decrease, but increased slightly. This situation shows that the rate of encountering work accident of insured workers who enter the working life in Turkey increases and the rate of work accident increases as the number of workers increases.
