Gastrointestinal Behçet hastalığı, myelodisplastik sendrom ve trizomi 8 birlikteliği: Olgu sunumu
Öz: Behçet hastalığı (BH) sistemik vaskülit olarak tanımlanır. Myelodisplastik
sendrom (MDS) ise ineffektif eritropoez ile karakterize heterojen klonal
bir hematolojik bozukluktur. Bazı çalışmalar MDS ve BH, özellikle
intestinal Behçet arasında bir ilişki olduğunu ve trizomi 8’in her iki
hastalıkta da önemli bir rol oynadığını göstermektedir. Yayınlarda
trizomi 8 varlığının özellikle intestinal Behçet tutulumu ile ilişkisi olduğu
düşünülmektedir. Burada MDS ile birlikte intestinal BH tanısı alan ve
trizomi 8 pozitifliği olan bir olguyu sunuyoruz.

Öz: Behçet’s disease (BD) is a systemic vasculitis, while myelodysplastic
syndrome (MDS) is a heterogeneous group of clonal hematologic
disorders characterized by ineffective hematopoiesis. Some studies
suggest a relationship between MDS and BD, especially intestinal
BD, and trisomy 8 seems to play an important role in both diseases.
The presence of trisomy 8 is thought to be related to the intestinal
involvement of BD. Here, we presented a case with the coexistence of
intestinal BD, MDS, and trisomy 8.
