Schools, ones of the educational organizations, can also be affected by such situations. The aim of this study was to determine the role of teachers' perceptions of organizational cynicism and organizational spirituality on organizational commitment levels in primary education. The sample of the study consists of 417 teachers working in public primary schools in Rize. Correlational survey model was used in the research. As a result of the study, 55% of the change in organizational commitment levels of teachers working in primary education can be explained by organizational cynicism and organizational spirituality.
