Functional egg production

Öz:
Functional foods are products that may provide health benefits beyond that are known as nutritional effects. The functionality of these foods is due to bioactive components which may be present in products naturally and produced or enhanced by the manufactring process. Egg has been described as 'natural functional food'. More recently, nutrient contents of egg have been modified to meet the growing demands of consumers for safe and healty foods.
