Peuerperal enfeksiyonlu ve abomasum deplasmanlı ineklerde serum amiloid-A ve haptoglobin düzeyleri

Öz:

Bu çalışmada sağlıklı (n=ll), puerperal enfeksiyonlu (n=6) ve abomasum deplasmanlı (n=5) ineklerde akut faz proteinlerinden Serum Amiloid-A (SAA) ve Haptoglobin (Hp) konsantrasyonlarının belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Her üç grubun, SAA ve Hp düzeylerinin doğumla birlikte arttığı tespit edildi. Doğum sonrası SAA ve Hp düzeylerindeki artışlar doğum öncesi 5. güne göre her üç grupta da istatistiksel olarak önemli bulundu. SAA ve Hp konsantrasyonları arasında sağlıklı, abomasum deplasmanlı ve puerperal enfeksiyonlularda pozitif; SAA ve Hp konsantrasyonları ile albümin konsantrasyonu arasında sağlıklı, abomasum deplasmanlı ve puerperal enfeksiyonlularda negatif korelasyonlar hesaplandı. SAA ve Hp analizlerinin, yangı sürecinin izlenmesinde, klinik belirti olmadan meydana gelen doku hasarlarının belirlenmesinde, hastalığın seyrinde ve prognozunda klinisyenler için önemli kriterler olabileceği sonucuna varıldı.

Serum amiloid -A und haptoglobin konzentrationen bei kühen mit puerperalstörungen und dislocatio abomasi

Öz:

Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war, die Konzentrationen der Akut Phase Proteinen (SAA und HP) bei gesunden (n=ll) sovvie kranken Kühen mit Puerperalstörungen (n=6) und Dislocatio abomasi (n=5) zu bestimmen. In alien Gruppen wurde eine Erhöhung der SAA- und Hp- Konzentrationen mit der Geburt festgestellt. Die postpartalen erhöhten SAA- und Hp-Konzentrationen waren signifikant höher als 5. d ante partum in ailen Gruppen. Zwischen den SAA- und Hp- Konzentrationen bestand es positive Korrelationen bei gesunden und kranken Kühen mit Puerperalstörungen sovvie Dislocatio abomasi. Die SAA-und Hp- Konzentrationen korrelierten negative mit Albumin bei gesunden und kranken Kühen mit Puerperalstörungen sowie Dislocatio abomasi. Als Schlussfolgerung können die SAA- und Hp- Analyse nützliche Kenntnisse bei der Verfolgung der Entzündungsphase, zur Bestimmung der ohne klinisches Symptom gezeigten Gewebeschaden, bei Verlauf und Prognose der Krankheiten einbringen.
