Probiyotik, prebiyotik ve sinbiyotikler

Öz:
Probiyotik, prebiyotik ve sinbiyotikler çoğunlukla bağırsağın yararlı mikroflorasını güçlendirmek amacıyla kullanılmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra bir çok hastalıkta tedavi edici veya koruyucu etki yaptığı bildirilmektedir. Konu üzerindeki ilgi giderek artmakta ve bu ürünlerin kullanımı da yaygınlaşma eğilimindedir. Bu derlemede probiyotik, prebiyotik ve bunların kombinasyonundan oluşan sinbiyotikler mevcut bilgiler ışığında tartışılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Probiyotics, prebiyotics, and synbiotics

Öz:
Probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics are mostly consumed for strenghtening of friendly microflora of gut. Besides, it has been stated that they threats or protects against many illness. Interests on the subject and consumption of these products are presumeably increasing. It is intended to discuss on prebiotic, probiotics and synbiotics in that article by evaluation of available publications.
