Mediasten bronkojenik kisti: Olgu sunumu
Öz: Mediastende yerleşen bronkojenik kistler nadir görülür ve tanı sırasında asemptomatik olabilirler. Standart tedavi kistin tam eksizyonudur. Bu yazıda, egzersiz sırasında dispne, halsizlik, göğüs ve sırt ağrısı yakınmalarına yol açan bronkojenik kistli 50 yaşında bir kadın hasta sunuldu. Hastanın posteroanterior akciğer grafisinde üst mediastende genişleme görüldü. Bilgisayarlı tomografide sağ üst mediastende paravertebral ve paratrakeal yerleşimli, 5x4 cm boyutlarında kistik lezyon saptandı. Lezyonun anteriorda vena kava süperior ile komşuluğu vardı; ancak, radyolojik olarak bası bulgusu yoktu. Sağ lateral insizyonla torakotominin ardından kist çıkarıldı. Ameliyattan üç ay sonra çekilen posteroanterior göğüs grafisi ve bilgisayarlı tomografide kiste ait bulgu izlenmedi. Beşinci aydaki kontrolde hastada yakınma yoktu.

Bronchogenic cyst in the mediastinum: A case report
Öz: Bronchogenic cysts of the mediastinum are rare and may be asymptomatic at diagnosis. Complete surgical resection of the cyst is the standard therapy. We present a 50-year-old woman with a bronchogenic cyst in the mediastinum that led to complaints of exertional dyspnea, fatigue, chest and back pain. A posteroanterior chest radiograph showed enlargement of the upper mediastinum. Computed tomography showed a cystic lesion in the upper mediastinum, 5x4 cm in size, with paravertebral and paratracheal localization. It was close to the superior vena cava anteriorly, but there was no sign of compression. The lesion was excised via a right lateral thoracotomy. A posteroanterior chest radiograph and computed tomography scan obtained in the third postoperative month showed no residual signs of the lesion. The patient was symptom-free in the fifth postoperative month.
