Bilişsel Davranışçı Yaklaşıma Dayalı Grup Rehberliğinin Güdüleme, Benlik Saygısı, Başarı ve Sınav Kaygısı Düzeylerine Etkisi

Bilişsel Davranışçı Yaklaşıma Dayalı Grup Rehberliğinin Güdüleme, Benlik Saygısı, Başarı ve Sınav Kaygısı Düzeylerine Etkisi

Öz:
Bu araştırmada yıl tekrar eden öğrencilerde Bilişsel-Davranışçı yaklaşıma dayalı grup rehberliğinin Akademik Güdülenme, Akademik Benlik Saygısı, Akademik Başarı ve Sınav Kaygısı düzeylerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırma, deney ve kontrol gruplu ön-test, son-test ve izleme testi modeline dayalı deneysel bir çalışmadır. Deney grubunda Bilişsel Davranışçı yaklaşıma dayalı program uygulanırken, kontrol grubunda plasebo olarak okulun genel rehberlik planından seçilmiş konular üzerinde tartışmalar yürütülmüştür. Uygulanan deneysel işlem sonunda elde edilen bulgular Çifte Çok Değişkenli Varyans Analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiş ve dört bağımlı değişkenin bileşkesi bakımından deney ve kontrol grupları arasında ölçümler boyunca istatistiksel olarak deney grubu lehine bir gelişme gözlenmiştir. Bağımlı değişkenlerin ayrı ayrı incelenmesi sonunda gruplar arasında Akademik Güdülenme, Akademik Benlik Saygısı ve Sınav Kaygısı bakımında anlamlı farklar olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuçlar, Bilişsel Davranışçı yaklaşımın akademik alanda uygulanabilirliği ve Akademik Güdülenme, Akademik Benlik Saygısı, Akademik Başarı ve Sınav Kaygısı arasındaki ilişkiler bakımından yorumlanıp değerlendirilmiştir.
