Üniversite Personelinin Kendilerini Güçlü Hissetme Algılarının Örgüte Bağlılık Üzerindeki Etkisi

Öz:
Bu çalışmanın amacı devlet üniversitelerinde çalışanların güçlendirme algıları ile örgütsel bağlılıkları arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. On bir devlet üniversitesinden 304 çalışandan elde edilen veriler akademik ve idari personel ayrımı yapılarak analiz edilmiş ve güçlendirmenin anlam, yetenek, seçim ve etki gibi boyutlarının duygusal, normatif ve devam bağlılığı üzerindeki etkileri karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular güçlendirmenin her bir boyutunun örgütsel bağlılık ile farklı ilişkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Bulgulara göre akademik personelin örgüte bağlılığı etki, anlam ve yetenek boyutları ile ilişkiliyken, idari personelde örgütsel bağlılık anlam ve seçim boyutları ile ilişkilidir.
