Trakya Bölgesi (Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, İstanbul ve Çanakkale) chironomid (Chironomidae; Diptera) faunası

Öz:
Bu çalışmada, Temmuz 2000 – Ağustos 2001 yılları arasında Trakya bölgesinde Kırklareli ve Tekirdağ il sınırları ile İstanbul ve Çanakkale’nin Trakya bölgesinde bulunan 171 lokalitedeki akarsu ve durgun sulardan toplanan Chironomidae (Diptera) larvaları taksonomik açıdan değerlendirilmiştir. Chironomidae familyasının Tanypodinae, Orthocladiinae, Prodiamesinae ve Chironominae alt familyalarına ait toplam 56 cins, 102 tür saptanmıştır. Bu türlerden 28’i Türkiye’nin Trakya Chironomidae faunası, Halocladius (Halocladius) millenarius (Santos Abreu), Endochironomus albipennis (Mg.), Glyptotendipes signatus Lenz, Microchironomus tener (K.) ve Parachironomus vitiosus M. türleri Türkiye Chironomidae faunası için yeni kayıtlardır.

Fauna of chironomid (Chironomidae; Diptera) in Turkish Thrace Region (Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, İstanbul and Çanakkale)

Öz:
In this Study, Chironomidae (Diptera) larvae collected from 171 localities; rivers and stagnant waters in the Turkish Thrace from Kırklareli and Tekirdağ provinces, İstanbul and Çanakkale between July 2000 – August 2001 are evaluated taxonomically. 56 genus and 102 species from Tanypodinae, Orthocladiinae, Prodiamesinae and Chironominae subfamilies that belongs to Chironomidae family were determined. From these species, 28 of them are new records for Turkey’s fauna of Turkish Thrace. Halocladius (Halocladius) millenarius (Santos Abreu), Endochironomus albipennis (Mg.), Glyptotendipes signatus Lenz., Microchironomus tener (K.) and Parachironomus vitiosus M. species are new records for Chironomidae fauna of Turkey.
