Tüketici İlgilenimini Ölçmek

Öz:
Tüketici ilgilenimi, tüketicinin satın alma ve karar verme davranışının anlaşılması için yararlı ve önemli bir konsepttir. Reklam stratejisi üretiminde de tüketicinin ilgilenim türünü ve seviyesini bilmek reklam yaratıcılarını avantajlı kılar. Ancak konseptin verimli kullanılabilmesi onun ölçülebilmesine bağlıdır. İlgilenimin ölçülmesi konusunda literatürde tatmin edici bir birikim vardır. Burada bu birikimin önemli parçalarından olan bazı ölçekler tanıtılarak, ilgilenimi ölçme konusuna giriş yapılmaktadır.

Measuring the Consumer Involvement

Öz:
Consumer involvement is a useful and important concept for understanding the buying and decision behaviors of the consumer. At producing advertising strategies, knowing the type and level of the consumer involvement makes up an advantage for advertising creators. However, the effective use of the concept is dependent on it’s measurability. There is a satisfactory literature collection in measuring consumer involvement. In this study, some important scales from the literature are presented as an introduction to involvement measuring.
