Periodontal hastalığın başlangıç tedavisi, karşılaşılan komplikasyonlar ve bu komplikasyonların giderilma stratejileri

Öz:

Periodontal hastalık dişlerin destek dokularının iltihabı bir hastalığıdır ve oldukça yaygındır. Diş yüzeyi temizliği (Scaling) ve kök yüzeyi düzleştirilmesi (Rp) işlemlerinin yanı sıra diş yüzeyi cilalan ması (Dp)f diş yüzeylerinden irritanları çıkarmak için periodontal hastalıkların başlangıç tedavisinde yaygın kullanılan tekniklerdir. Bu makalenin amacı, sağlıklı bir periodontal doku elde etmek için yapılan başlangıç tedavisini (initial treatment), bu başlangıç tedavisinin dişlere, yumuşak dokulara, restorasyonlara, çevreye verdiği zararlarını ve bunların giderilme stratejilerini literatürler ışığında değerlendirmekti.

Initial treatment of periodontal disease treatment and complications after strategies of eliminating these complications

Öz:

Periodontal disease is an inflammatory disease of the supporting structures of the teeth and quite common in the general population. Scaling (Sc) and root planing (Rp) as well as dental polishing (Dp) are widely used techniques in the initial therapy of periodontal diseases to remove irritants from the surfaces of the teeth. The purpose of this review was to evaluated the initial phase of periodontal therapy, adverse effects on teeth, soft tissues, restorations, enviromental of initial treatment, and risk management strategies.
