Tesis Yeri Seçiminde Farklı Bir Yaklaşım: Bulanık Analitik Serim Süreci

Öz:
Kuruluş yeri seçimi bir firma için en önemli kararlardan biridir. Yönetim kademesindeki kişiler seçim yaparken ister istemez birçok kriteri bir arada düşünmek durumundadır ve bu durum karmaşık, çok kriterli bir karar verme problemi olarak ortaya çıkar. Böylesi bir karar analitik olarak modellenebilir. Bu görüşe örnek oluşturmak amacıyla Sanek Unlu mamulller sanayi ticaret A.Ş.’de yönetim kademesinde bulunan kişilerle görüşmeler yapılarak tesis yeri seçim kriterlerinin ve bu kriterlerin önem düzeylerinin belirlenmesini amaçlayan bu çalışma ortaya konmuştur. Kriterlerin niteliksel, değişkenlerin sözel olması ve karşılıklı etkileşim bulunması bu özelliklere hitap eden Bulanık Analitik Serim Süreci (Bulanık ASS) yönteminin kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada Bulanık ASS’ye uygun olarak un seçim kriterleri belirlenip seviyelendirilmiş ve sürecin hesaplanmasıyla her bir kriter için önem düzeyi bulunduktan sonra 4 alternatif kuruluş yeri karşılaştırılmıştır.

Öz:
Selection of the facility location is one of the most important decisions which is given in the company. The decision makers in the management level have to think about many criteria while they have selected the facility location and, these circumstances have emerged as a multi-criteria decision making problem. The decision can be modeled as analytically. With the aim of to be the example for this idea, this study has been put forward to determine facility location selection criteria and their importance level with the group of the decision makers in the management level of Sanek Food Product Company. Being of the criteria are qualitative and mutually interactive and variables are linguistic, have shown to be used the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP) method which is addressed to this features. In this paper, in appropriate with the FANP method, facility location selection criteria have been determined compared the four alternatives according to these criteria and then importance levels for every criteria have been found with the calculation of the process.
