İnvaziv fungal sinüzit: Üç olgu sunumu
Öz: İnvaziv fungal sinüzitler genellikle immün yetmezliği olan hastalarda görülür. En sık, diabetli hastalarda, ikinci sıklıkta lösemi nedeni ile tedavi görenlerde tespit edilir. İmmün yetmezlik yapan diğer nedenlere daha az sıklıkta rastlanmaktadır. Nadiren immün yetmezliği olmayanlarda da görülebilir. İnvaziv fungal sinüzitler, sıklıkla zygomycete sınıfından mucorales türüne dahil olan mucoracea ailesinden mantarlar ve aspergillus türleri tarafından oluşturulur. Granülomatöz, kronik ve akut fulminan invaziv fungal sinüzitler olarak üç gruba ayrılır. Erken tanı ve tedavi edilmezse fatal olabilen hastalıklardır. Bu çalışmada kliniğimizde tanı ve tedavisini yaptığımız üç akut fulminan fungal sinüzit vakası sunulmuştur.

Invasive fungal sinusitis: A report of three cases
Öz: Invasive fungal sinusitis usually occurs in patients with immune deficiency. It is most frequently encountered in diabetics followed by patients that are treated due to leukemia. Rarely, it may be seen in patients without any immune deficiency. Invasive fungal sinusitis is usually caused by the genera of mucoracea that belongs to order mucorales and the class of zygomycetes. It has three groups called as granulamatous, chronic and acute fulminant. It may be fatal if not diagnosed and treated early. In this study, we present three cases with fulminant fungal sinusitis that were diagnosed and treated in our clinic.
