Öz: Stomalı bireylerin yaşamını olumsuz yönde etkileyen önemli etmenlerden birisi stomada ve stoma çevresindeki dokularda gelişen komplikasyonlardır. Stoma bakım hemşirelerinin abdominal stoma komplikasyonlarının önlenmesi ve gelişen komplikasyonların bakımı ve tedavisinde önemli sorumlulukları vardır. Olgu sunumumuzda, kalıcı ürostomisi olan bir bireyde gelişen herniasyon, hidrasyon, kimyasal dermatit ve yara komplikasyonlarına yönelik hemşirelik girişimleri yer almaktadır

Öz: One of the few factors, that aff ect life of people have stoma negatively, are complications developing in tissues where placed stomas or near stomas. Stoma care nurses have important responsibilities in terms of preventing complications of abdominal stoma, care of developing complications, and their treatment. In the case, nursing attempts intended herniation, hydration, chemical dermatitis, and lesion complications developing in a person who have permanent urostomy is given following.
