Örgütlerde Üretkenlik Karşıtı İş Davranışları: Belirleyicileri ve Önlenmesi

Öz:
Son yıllarda, üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışlarının doğası, nedenleri ve etkilerine odaklanan çalışmalarda bir artış gözlenmekte ve bu tür davranışların kuramsal açıklamaları da giderek çoğalmaktadır. Üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışları, olumsuz davranışlar literatüründe ele alınmakta ve örgütün verimliliği açısından önemli bir sorun alanı olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu tür davranışlar nedeniyle uğranılan zararların ekonomik boyutu yanında, kaybedilen zamanı n da önemi vurgulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışları, ilgili literatürdeki yeri, tanımlanması, boyutları, belirleyicileri ve belli başlı kuramsal yaklaşımlar çerçevesinde ele alınarak, bu tür davranışları önlemeye yönelik çeşitli önerilerle desteklenmeye çalışılacaktır.

Öz:
Counterproductive Work Behaviors in Organizations: Antecendents and Prevention Last years, it is observed that there is an increase in studies that focused on the nature, causes and effects of counterproductive work behaviors and theoretical explanations of these behaviors are increased as well. Counterproductive work behaviors are considered in the bad behaviors literature and it is evaluated as an important problem in terms of organizational productivity. Besides the economic dimensions resulted from these behaviors and the importance of the lost time because of these behaviors is emphasized. In this study, counterproductive work behaviors is examined in terms of its place in the literature, definition of term, dimensions, antecendents and main theoretical approaches. Finally, some suggestions about the preventing the counterproductive behaviors are explained.
