Ruhsal Liderlik Üzerine Teorik Bir Çözümleme

Öz:
Howthorne araştırmalarından bu yana organizasyonlar geleneksel, merkezci, standardize edilmiş, şekilsel ve korku temelli bürokrasiye dayalı yapılardan uzaklaşmakta ve her geçen gün kendilerini oluşturan insan faktörüne daha da yaklaşmaktadırlar. İnsana yönelim konusunda alınan bu mesafe yeni değer dizilerini de beraberinde getirmektedir. Ruhsal liderlik; çalışana bir varoluş felsefesi aşılamakta, ona görevsel çağrı ve aidiyet duygusu kazandırarak onun kendisi ve diğerlerini motive etmek için gereksediği inanç, değer, tutum ve davranışları bir araya getirmeyi içermektedir. Bu çalışmada, yeni bir paradigma olan ruhsal liderlik konusu, Fry’ın Ruhsal Liderlik Teorisi’yle ilişkilendirilerek açıklanmış, ruhsal liderlik konusunda yapılan bazı araştırma bulguları ile değerler ekseninde bir teorik çözümleme yapılmaya çalışılmıştır.

A Theoretical Analysis about Spiritual Leadership

Öz:
Since Howthorne studies, greater emphasis has been placed on the human side of organizations than the traditional organizational structures characterized by centralized, standardized, formal and fear based bureaucratic formations. This emphasis on human side leads to new theories and paradigms of organizations and management. Spiritual leadership comprises belief, values, attitudes, and behaviors that are necessary to intrinsically motivate one’s self and others so that they have a sense of spiritual well-being through calling and membership and, ultimately, become more organizationally committed and productive. In this study, first, spiritual leadership as a new paradigm was explained in a relational structure related with spiritual leadership theory of Fry and second some findings of researches about spiritual leadership were given and spiritual leadership was discussed and examined in the center of new values brought by the theory.
