Algılanan Hizmet Kalitesi ve Davranışsal Niyetler Arasındaki İlişki: Futbol Bağlamında Spor Turizmi

Öz:
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Antalya’da 11. si düzenlenen Masterlar Atatürk Bahar Turnuvası kapsamında, spor turizm faaliyetlerine aktif olarak katılan yerli otel misafirlerinin algıladıkları spor hizmet kalitesinin, duygusal değer ve müşteri genel tatmini aracılığı ile davranışsal niyetler üzerindeki etkisini doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak incelemektir. Verileri toplamak için kullanılan anket formu ilgili yazına göre tasarlanmıştır. Anket formu, 27-31 Ekim tarihleri arasında Antalya’da 11.’ si düzenlenen Masterlar Atatürk Bahar Turnuvasına aktif olarak katılan yerli turistlere uygulanmıştır. Basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle 407 tane anket formu toplanmış ve toplanan veriler istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Hipotez testlerine yönelik analizler Macro Process yardımıyla incelenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre spor turizmi etkinliğine aktif olarak katılan turistlerin algıladığı spor hizmet kalitesi, duygusal değeri ve davranışsal niyetleri olumlu şekilde etkilemektedir. Diğer taraftan spor hizmet kalitesinin, müşteri genel tatmini üzerinde; duygusal değerin ise davranışsal niyetlerin üzerinde etkisi olmadığı anlaşılmaktadır.

The Relationship Between Perceived Service Quality and Behavioral Intentions: Sports Tourism in the Context of Football

Öz:
The aim of this study is to examine, directly and indirectly, the effect of sports service quality perceived by domestic hotel guests who actively participate in sports tourism activities on behavioral intentions through emotional value and customer general satisfaction, within the scope of the 11th Masters Atatürk Spring Tournament held in Antalya. The questionnaire form used to collect the data was designed according to the relevant literature. The questionnaire was applied to the domestic tourists who actively participated in the 11th Masters Atatürk Spring Tournament held in Antalya between 27-31 October. With the simple random sampling method, 407 questionnaires were collected and the collected data were evaluated statistically. Analyzes for hypothesis tests were examined with the help of Macro Process. According to the results of the analysis, the sports service quality, emotional value and behavioral intentions perceived by the tourists who actively participate in the sports tourism activity affect positively. On the other hand, on the general customer satisfaction of sports service quality; it is understood that emotional value has no effect on behavioral intentions..
