Hekim ve hemşirelerde örgütsel bağlılık, örgütsel güven ve iş doyumu profili

Öz:
Bu çalışmada, hekim ve hemşirelerin örgütsel bağlılık, örgütsel güven ve iş doyumu düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklamak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı İstanbul’daki beş eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 304 hekim (toplam hekimlerin %12,54’ü) ve 254 hemşire (toplam hemşirelerin %15,38’i) ölçüm araçlarındaki soruların tamamına yanıt vermiştir. Evrenin %13,68’ine ulaşılmıştır. İş Tatmini Araştırma Aracı, Çalışan Bağlılık Skalası ve Örgütsel Güven Envanteri - kısa formu- araştırma ölçüm araçlarıdır. Bu ölçüm araçlarında 7’li Likert ölçeği kullanılmaktadır. Örgütsel bağlılık, iş doyumu ve örgütsel güven arasında güçlü ve pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Regresyon analizleri sonucunda örgütsel güvenin örgütsel bağlılık üzerinde anlamlı etkilerinin olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Ayrıca örgütsel güvenin iş doyumu üzerinde anlamlı etkileri bulunmuştur. Hekimlerin ve hemşirelerin örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel güven seviyeleri arttıkça iş doyum seviyeleri de artmaktadır. Özellikle örgütsel güven ile iş doyumu ve örgütsel güven ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında güçlü etkileşim vardır.

The profile of physicians’ and nurses’ organızational commitment, organızational trust and job satisfaction

Öz:
The purpose of this study were to examine the relationship among physicians’ and nurses’ levels of organizational commitment, organizational trust and job satisfaction. This study was conducted at five The Republic of Turkey Ministery of Health training and education hospitals in Istanbul. In this study, 304 physicians (12,54% of total physicians) and 254 nurses (15,38% total nurses) responded to all questions in the instruments. 13,68% of universe was reached. The measurement instruments of survey are the Job Satisfaction Survey, the Organizational Commitment Questionnarie and Organizational Trust Inventory - short form. Seven point Likert scales are used in these measurement instruments. A strong positive correlations and relationships were found to exist among organizational commitment, organizational trust and job satisfaction. Regression analyses showed that organizational trust affect organizational commitment significantly. Also it was found that organizational trust affect job satisfaction significantly. The higher levels of organizational commitment and trust of physicians and nurses are associated with greater job satisfaction. Especially there are strong inference between organizational trust and job satisfaction, organizational trust and organizational commitment.
