Parti sadakatinin oluşumunda seçmenlerin kişisel özelliklerinin düzenleyicilik etkileri

Öz:
Bu çalışma, tüketici davranışı teorisi kapsamında seçmen davranışını ve siyasal parti sadakati oluşumunu ve seçmenlerin kişisel özelliklerinin parti sadakati oluşumu üzerindeki düzenleyicilik etkilerini anlamaya odaklanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, bir araştırma modeli oluşturulmuş ve test edilmiştir. Araştırmaya konu olan veriler 401 seçmenden elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları seçmenin bilgi araştırma, politik bilgi, güven ve tat- min düzeyinin, parti sadakati oluşumunda önemli belirleyiciler olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra araştırma sonuçları parti sadakati oluşumu konusunda, seçmenin güven düzeyinin önemli bir faktör olduğunu ve seçmenlerin parti sadakati oluşumunda, güveninin merkezi bir rol oynadığını da göstermektedir. Ayrıca uygulama sonuçları, sadakat oluşumunda, seçmenin cinsiyet ve eğitim düzeyi gibi kişisel özellikleri açısından farklılıklar olduğunu göstermektedir.

The moderating effects of voter’s personal characteristics on the formation of party loyalty

Öz:
This study focuses on applying consumer-behavior theory to understand voter behavior and political party loyalty formation and moderating effects of voters’ characteristics on party loyalty formation. In this study, a research model was developed and tested. Data were gathered from a sample of 401 voters. The study results indicate that information search, subjective knowledge, confidence, and satisfaction are important antecedents of party loyalty. The study results also show that voter confidence is an important factor in voter behavior and confidence plays a central role in formation political party loyalty of voters. Moreover, the empiri- cal findings show that the formation of loyalty is strongly influenced by specific characteristics of the voter as gender and education.
