ELEKTRONİK İNSAN KAYNAKLARI YÖNETİMİ ve FONKSİYONLARI

Öz:
Örgütlerde; bilgisayarların, İnternet'in ve intranetin kullanımının artmasıyla birlikte yaşanan değişimlerden bir tanesi de insan kaynakları fonksiyonun artık elektronik halde ve elektronik ortamlarda yapılır olmasıdır. Dolayısıyla personel yönetimi, insan kaynakları yönetimi, stratejik insan kaynakları yönetimi şeklinde ifade edilebilen insan kaynakları yönetimi fonksiyonun yaşamış olduğu gelişim sürecine, artık yeni bir kavram olan elektronik insan kaynakları yönetimi terimi eklenmiştir. Bu çalışmada elektronik insan kaynakları yönetimi kavramı ve bu kavramı oluşturan fonksiyonlar teorik boyutuyla ele alınmaktadır

Electronic human resource management and its functions

Öz:
Human resources have been carried in electronic environments following the increase in the use of computers, internet and intranet in organizations. Having taken different names such as "personnel management", "human resources management", "strategic human resources management" in its development, "human resources management" has also been named as "electronic human resources management", which is a new concept. In this study, the concept of "electronic human resources management" and the functions of this concept have been analysed theoretically
