Bağlam, Aktör, Söylem ve Kuramsal Değişim: Türkiye'de Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin Yayılım Süreci

Öz:
Çalışma, Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin (TKY) Türkiye'deki yayılım sürecinin dinamiklerini, bağlam, aktör ve söylem etkileşimlerine odaklanan bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla açıklamayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada, ekonomi-politik değişimlerin Türk iş sistemine yansımaları, TKY'nin yayılımını özendiren kurumsal girişimcilerin söylemleri ve büyük sanayi kuruluşlarının TKY'ni benimseme biçimleri, niteliksel ve niceliksel yöntemler kullanılarak incelenmektedir. Çalışmanın bulguları, Türk iş sisteminde yaşanan değişim ve sürekliliklerin sonucunda oluşan bağlamda kurumsal girişimci rolü üstlenen belirli bir büyük sermaye grubunun söylemlerinin, TKY'nin yayılım sürecini biçimlendirdiğini göstermektedir. Bulgular ayrıca, pragmatist-törensel benimsemenin yaygınlığı nedeniyle, TKY'nin yayılımının örgütlerde kökten bir kurumsal değişime yol açmadığını öngörmektedir.
