AVRUPA ÜLKELERİNİN SAĞLIK GÖSTERGELERİNİN TOPSIS YÖNTEMİ İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Öz:

Bu çalışmada 26 Avrupa ülkesinin 2010-2014 dönemindeki sağlık göstergeleri kullanılarak sıralaması TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Doğumda beklenen yaşam süresi, gayri safi yurtiçi hasılanın yüzdesi olarak sağlık harcamaları, kişi başı sağlık harcamaları, 100.000 kişi başına hasta yatağı sayısı, toplam doğurganlık oranı, 1000 canlı doğum başına bebek ölüm oranı ve 100.000 kişi başına hekim sayısı sağlık göstergeleri olarak çalışmada incelenmiştir. Çalışma neticesinde incelenen sağlık göstergeleri doğrultusunda değerlendirilen Avrupa ülkelerinin sıralaması yapılmıştır ve Norveç, Lüksemburg, Avusturya, İsveç ve Almanya'nın bu sıralamada ilk sıralarda yer aldıkları görülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın ülkelerin sağlık politikalarının oluşturulması sürecine katkı sağlayacağı beklenmektedir

Öz:

In this study, the ranking of 26 European countries using health indicators from 2010 to 2014 was carried out by TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Life expectancy at birth health expenditure as a percentage of gross domestic product, health expenditure per capita, number of patient beds per 100,000 people, total fertility rate, infant mortality rate per 1000 live births and the number of physicians per 100,000 people were examined as health indicators in the study. As a result of the study, the evaluated European countries in line with the health indicators were ranked and Norway, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden and Germany were in the first places in this order. It is expected that this work will contribute to the process of establishing health policies of countries
