Bilateral Akut İris Transillüminasyonu: Olgu Sunumu
Öz: Bilateral akut iris transillüminasyonu, her iki gözde ön kamarada pigment deşarjı, trabeküler ağda hiperpigmentasyon, posterior sineşi,midriatik pupil ve göz içi basınç yüksekliği ile karakterize yeni tanımlanmış bir klinik tablodur. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı, bilateralakut iris transillüminasyonu tanısı konulan bir olgu bağlamında ayırıcı tanıda önemli noktaları vurgulamaktır.

Öz: Bilateral acute iris transillumination is a new clinical entity characterized by bilateral pigment discharge in anterior chamber, hyper- pigmentation in trabecular meshwork, posterior synechiae, mydriatic pupil and high intraocular pressure. The aim of this case report to emphasise the important points for differential diagnosis of bilateral acute iris transillumination under the light of the presented case
