Midilli Adası (Yunanistan-Kuzeydoğu Ege Denizi) bentik foraminifer faunası ve bu toplulukta gözlenen yerel değişimler
Öz: Araştırma, Midilli Adası (Yunanistan) çevresinde 5 farklı noktadan derlenen sediman örneği ve bunların içermiş olduğu güncel foraminifer faunası üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Kuzey ve Orta Ege Denizi'nde Gökçeada doğu ve güneydoğusu, Bozcaada doğu ve güneyi ile Çeşme Ilıca Körfezi'nde olduğu gibi bu alanda da güncel faylara bağlı olarak deniz içindeki sıcaksu kaynakları çevresindeki foraminifer topluluğundaki farklılıklar araştırılmıştır.

Öz: Recent benthic foraminiferal content of 5 sediments samples, collected from various stations locating along the coastline of Lesbos (Midilli) Island (Greece), has been investigated in this study. The purpose is mainly to recognize the presence of the diversities in the foraminiferal assemblage around the thermal springs on the sea-bottom by depending on active fault system at this region as being previously at the Gulf of Ilıca (Çeşme), Gökçeada, Bozcaada in the North and Middle Aegean Sea
