Çocukluk Dönemi Cinsel İstismarına İlişkin Mitler Ölçeği EbeveynFormu: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması
Öz: Amaç: Çocukluk dönemi cinsel istismarının önlenmesinde veya soruna etkili müdahale edilmesinde ebeveynlere önemli görevler düşmektedir. Bu bağlamda ebeveynlerden beklenilen, öncelikle cinsel istismara ilişkin mitlerinin farkına varmaları ve sonrasında bu mitlerin yerine doğru bilgilerin kazanılarak bilinç düzeylerini artırmalarıdır. Buradan hareketle, bu çalışmanın amacı üniversite öğrencileri üzerinde geliştirilen Çocukluk Dönemi Cinsel İstismarına İlişkin Mitler Ölçeği’nin (ÇCİMÖ) ebeveynler üzerinde geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmalarını yapmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma kapsamında 333’ü anne (%79,5) ve 86’sı baba (%20,5) olmak üzere 419 ebeveynden veri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS ve AMOS ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin geçerlik çalışması kapsamında gerçekleştirilen yapı geçerliği ile doğrulayıcı faktör analizi incelenmiştir. Bulgular: Analizler sonucunda ölçeğin ebeveyn formunun iki boyutlu yapısının uyum indekslerinin anlamlı ve kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğu bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin güvenirlik çalışması kapsamında da iç tutarlılık katsayısı incelenmiştir ve yüksek düzeyde güvenirlik değerine sahip olduğu gözlenmiştir. Sonuç: Türkiye’de yapılacak çalışmalarda ÇCİMÖ’nün ebeveyn formunun gerekli psikometrik özelliklere sahip olduğunu söylemek mümkündür.

Öz: Objectives: Parents have an important role in preventing childhood sexual abuse or intervening effectively it. In this context, parents areexpected to first become aware of myths about sexual abuse and then increase the level of consciousness by gaining correct information insteadof these myths. From this point of view, this study is aim to make validity and reliability studies of parent of the Childhood Sexual Abuse MythsScale (CSAMS) developed on university students.Materials and Methods: Within the scope of this study, data were collected from 419 parents, 333 of whom were mothers (79.5%) and 86were fathers (20.5%). The analysis of the data was carried out with SPSS and AMOS. Within the scope of the validity study of the scale, theconstruct validity and confirmatory factor analysis were examined.Results: As a result of the analysis, it was found that the fit indices of the two-dimensional structure of the parent form of the scale weresignificant and acceptable. Within the scope of the reliability study of the scale, the internal consistency coefficient was examined and it wasobserved that it had a high level of reliability.Conclusion: It is possible to say that Parent Form of The CSAMS has psychometric characteristics necessary for using this in the studies tobe carried out in Turkey.
