In this study, it is aimed to reveal the mediation role of emotion regulation on the relationship between core-self-evaluation and personal sense of power. Core-self-evaluation perceptions of employees are seen among the sources leading to emotion regulation within the framework of social cognitive theory. It is thought that employees will have an idea about what they can and cannot do as their assessments towards themselves increase by means of core-self-assessment, in short their self-efficacy beliefs will develop and thus, they can organize their feelings in a positive or negative way. Besides their thoughts of personal sense of power depends on how they define themselves. Making sense on members of organization is seen as more powerful than a power depends on physical resources. From this point of view, with the catalytic effect of self-efficacy, self-esteem and confidence beliefs, it is thought that as the core-self-evaluation perceptions of the employees increase, the emotion regulation will increase. Through this personal sense of power is thought depends on internal resources than physical resources. In this context, firstly, the conceptual framework for the concepts of core-self-evaluation, emotion regulation and personal sense of power is given, and then findings and results are presented for the survey application in the research section. The sample of the study consists of 261 employees in Sinop province. A 5- point Likert-type scale was used within frames of descriptive quantitative research method. Package programs were used to analyze of the data collected by the face-to-face survey method in cross sectional method. According to the results of analyses; the total effect on the personal sense of power is observed as % 57 (β= 0,573, p<0,01) and the direct effect decreased to % 29 with keeping its significance when emotion regulation is in mediation role (β= 0,296, p<0,01).
