MİRAS TURİZMİNDE NESNENİN VARLIĞI TEK BAŞINA ZİYARETÇİ DEĞER ALGISI VE TATMİNİ İÇİN YETERLİ MİDİR?

Öz:
Beypazarı’nı ziyaret eden yerli ziyaretçilerin nesnel otantiklik algıları ile tatminleri arasındaki ilişkide, algılanan değerin aracılık rolünün test edildiği bu araştırmada 306 tane anket analiz edilmiştir. Veriler, anket vasıtasıyla, olasılığa dayalı olmayan örnekleme tekniklerinden, kolayda örnekleme tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Kullanılan ölçeklerin güvenirlilik ve geçerlilik durumları Spss 2021 ve Amos programları yardımıyla incelendikten sonra araştırmanın kavramsal modelinde bulunan değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler Process Macro (model-4) ile test edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, Beypazarı’nı ziyaret edenlerin büyük oranda günübirlikçi ziyaretçi olduğunu göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte geceleme yapan ziyaretçilerin çok büyük bir kısmı, bir gece konaklama yapmaktadır. Ziyaretçilerin yarıdan fazlasını 35-54 orta yaş grubu oluşturmaktadır. Analiz sonuçları nesnel otantikliğin, algılanan değer ve tatmin üzerinde doğrudan ve anlamlı olumlu etkisi olduğuna işaret etmektedir. Ayrıca algılanan değerin de tatmin üzerinde doğrudan ve anlamlı olumlu etkisi söz konusudur. Oluşturulan aracılık modeli, nesnel otantikliğin tatmin üzerindeki etkisinde, algılanan değerin güçlü bir şekilde aracılık işlevi olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bulgular kültürel miras bölgesinde ziyaretçi tatmini için nesnel otantikliğin yanında yapısalcı, varoluşçu ve post-modern otantiklik gibi diğer otantiklik türlerinin de gerekli olduğuna işaret etmektedir.

IS THE EXISTENCE OF THE JUST OBJECT IN HERITAGETOURISM SUFFICIENT FOR THE VISITOR'S PERCEPTION OF VALUE AND SATISFACTION?

Öz:
In this study, the mediating role of perceived value in the relationship between the objective authenticity perceptions and satisfaction of local visitors who visiting Beypazarı was tested. The convenience sampling method which is one of the non-probabilistic sampling techniques was used in current study. Results are based on sample were collected through a questionnaire of 306 visitors. After examining the reliability and validity of the data, the relationships between the variables in the conceptual model of the research were tested. The findings indicates that visitors who visit Beypazarı are mostly excursionist. Moreover, it was determined that most of the visitors who accomodated in Beypazarı only stay for one night. Most of the visitors are in the middle age group of 35-54. Analysis results indicate that objective authenticity has a direct and significant positive effect on perceived value and satisfaction. In addition, perceived value has also a direct and significant positive effect on satisfaction. The mediation model reveals that perceived value strongly mediates the influence of objective authenticity on satisfaction. Findings shows that besides objective authenticity, other types of authenticity such as constructivist, existential, post-modern authenticity are also necessary for visitor satisfaction in the cultural heritage destinations.
