Öğrenmenin Yeni Yolu: E-Öğrenme
Öz: Günümüz dünyasında, eğitim ve öğretimin önemi daha da artmış durumdadır. Firmalar, eğitim kurumları ve devletler, bilgi toplumunun en önemli kaynağı olan beşeri sermayesini niteliğini arttırmak amacıyla yoğun biçimde çalışmalarda bulunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, teknoloji alanında yaşanan gelişmeler, eğitim ve öğretim alanında yeni araçların ve tekniklerin ortaya çıkmasına yol açmaktadır. Başta internet olmak üzere bazı genel amaçlı teknolojilerin eğitim alanında kullanılmasıyla birlikte, e-öğrenme adı verilen bir öğrenme yolu ortaya çıkmış ve hızlı bir gelişme göstermiştir. Bu çerçevede, çalışma içerisinde e-öğrenme kavramı, e-öğrenme sistemleri çatısı ve uygulamaları ile sistemin etkin bir biçimde işleyebilmesi için gerekli olan öğrenme yönetim sistemi değerlendirilecektir. E-öğrenmenin avantaj ve dezavantajları da çalışmanın kapsamı dahilinde bulunmaktadır.

Öz: In contemporary world, the importance of education and teaching have become much more important. Firms, education institutions and states are working hardly to improve their human capital which is the most important resource of information society. In addition to these, developments in technological field caused the emergence of new instruments and techniques in the fields of education and teaching. With the use of some general purpose technologies primarily internet in the field of education, a learning method emerged, which was called "e-learning" and it developed rapidly. In this framework, in this research, the concept of e-learning, e-learning systems framework and its applications and learning management system, which is necessary for the fully functioning of the system will be evaluated. The advantages and disadvantages of e-learning are also part of this work.
