Dental implantolojide başarıyı etkileyen faktörler

Öz:

Dental implant uygulamaları son yıllarda estetik ve fonksiyonel amaçla dişsiz boşlukların yerinin doldurulması amacıyla sıkça kullanılan bir tedavi yaklaşımı olup hekime ve hastaya sağladığı pek çok avantajı bulunmakla beraber pahalı ve uzun süren bir tedavidir. implant endikasyonu ve planlamasının doğru yapılması, hastanın sert ve yumuşak dokularının implant tedavisi için uygunluğu, doğru cerrahi yaklaşım, implant materyalinin uygun özelliklere sahip olması, uygulanacak protetik tedavilerin planlama ve uygulamasının doğru yapılması, uygun zamanda yükleme ve postoperatif özen başarıyı etkileyen faktörler arasındadır. Bu makale, son yıllarda ülkemizde son derece yaygınlaşan dental implant kullanımı hakkında doğru bilgiler edinmek, başarı oranını arttırmak ve aynı zamanda son yıllardaki yayınların sonuçlarını aktarmak için derlenmiştir.

The critical factors effecting the success of dental implants

Öz:

Dental implants are widely used in dentistry to construct the partially edentulous jaws esthetically and functionally. Although the system have many advantages for the patients and the dentists it is an expensive and long-term treatment method. The selection of the appropriate patient, suitability of hard and soft tissues, surgical techniques, necessary indications, appropriate prosthetic restoration and loading and the postoperative care of the patient are the factors for the long-term success of dental implants. This article is rewiewed for having information about the dental implants which are being used widely in our country and to present and rewiew the results and opinions under the light of current literatures.
