Human Capital Perceptions of Associate Degree Students The Relationship Between Employability Perceptions
Öz: This study examines the relationship between associate degree students' perceptions of human capital and their employability perceptions. The research was designed with the correlational survey model. While the research population consisted of 2092 students studying at the associate degree level, 638 associate degree students were included in the sample. The data collected in the study were obtained through the Human Capital Perception Scale and the Perceived Future Employability Scale. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and simple linear regression statistical methods. The research concluded that the students' human capital perceptions were between moderate and highly agreeing, and their employability perceptions were between partially agreeing and agreeing in the context of their responses to the scale items. Another result of the research is that there is a positive relationship between students' human capital perception and employability perception and that human capital perception is also among the predictors of employability perception. To reduce the limitations of the study and increase its validity, it is recommended to conduct similar studies with students in other associate degree programs, and undergraduate and graduate programs.

Öz: Bu araştırmada ön lisans öğrencilerinin insan sermayesi algıları ile istihdam edilebilirlik algıları arasındaki ilişki incelenmektedir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modeli ile desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın evreni ön lisans düzeyinde öğrenim gören 2092 öğrenciden oluşurken örnekleminde 638 ön lisans öğrencisi yer almıştır. Araştırmada toplanan veriler İnsan Sermayesi Algısı Ölçeği ile Algılanan Gelecekteki İstihdam Edilebilirlik Ölçeği aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Veriler sıklık analizi, t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve basit doğrusal regresyon istatistik yöntemleri ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma ile öğrencilerin insan sermayesi algılarının orta düzey ile büyük ölçüde katılmak arasında yer aldığı istihdam edilebilirlik algılarının da ölçek maddelerine verdikleri yanıtlar bağlamında kısmen katılmak ile katılmak arasında yer aldığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Araştırmanın bir diğer sonucu ise öğrencilerin insan sermayesi algısı ile istihdam edilebilirlik algıları arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişkinin olduğu ve istihdam edilebilirlik algısının yordayıcıları arasında insan sermayesi algısının da bulunduğu yönündedir. Araştırmanın sınırlılıklarının azaltılması ve geçerliğinin artırılması için, diğer ön lisans programları ile lisans ve yüksek lisans programlarındaki öğrenciler ile benzer araştırmaların yapılması önerilmektedir.
