Introduction: Teachers are indispensable members of education system in all societies who take on the function of educating individuals. They have an active role in the education of new generations in the education process. The role of teachers in increasing the quality of education and in the development of society is of great importance. A teacher is always in the effort of getting to know and evaluating the society in which a school is located. It is also true trust the society also makes an evaluation regarding a school. It is probable that the evaluation of a school by the members of a society is based on feelings and may be away from realities. The parents of some students develop positive opinions and attitudes whereas some tend to evaluate a school totally in a negative way. A teacher has to take into account that such collective and extreme attitudes may result from inefficiency and lack of interest towards their school. Parents expect on understanding and a special interest to their children beyond instructing. They expect the teachers to be good models for them. The relations of teachers with parents as well as their success within school play a determinant role in forming attitudes toward a school. Job satisfaction of teachers influences the quality of their job directly. Teachers who are satisfied with their occupations will be more effective in both realizing the educational instructional goals and in their approach to students. A teacher who is not satisfied with his / her job will fail to realize those so-called goals and with not be so effective in approaching students. A teacher who is satisfied with his job is positive in dedicating himself to his job; however, a teacher who lacks job satisfaction suffers a lot in his dedication to the job. There are many factors that affect a teacher’s job satisfaction: the fact that teaching is a stressful job, workload, inefficiency of instructional materials, the fact that most schools lack hygiene conditions, too many burecratic works, unbearable discipline rules, the fact that applications for appointments to other institutions are rejected, the fact that supervision system tends to look at faults rather than improving the faulty education system, availability of punishments and prohibitions instead of regulations for prize and motivation, lack of rest, social activities and so on.Purpose: The purpose of this research is establishing that the problems about public interaction and professional satisfaction of the class teachers working in the village and township center in Denizli and their opinions about these problems’ effect on their performance. Methodology: This research is ‘’descriptive’’. Field of researching includes class teachers who work in official primary schools in Denizli’s villages and township center. 321 class teachers working in public primary schools in townships of Denizli and 272 class teachers working in official primary schools in villages of Denizli are included in sampling to apply the data collecting method by choosing with proportional cluster sampling methodology. During research, the data is collected with likert scale. The reliability of the scale that is applied to sampling group is tested by method of Cronbach Alpha and Guttman Split-half and at the degree of being confronted with problem, Alpha consistency coefficient is 0,89 and the effect’s of problem on performance is 0,91. Results and Discussion: According to scale, the class teachers’ opinions on the problems about public interaction working in village is ‘’Always’’. According to scale, being always that the class teachers’ opinions on the problems about public interaction working in village may mean that the education do not satisfy the public, the public criticize the teacher at any chance and the public do not pay attention to being informed and directed by the teacher. According to arithmetic average of the opinions in scale, the most important problem of all the problems about public interaction of the class teachers working in the village is “The public do not trust in teacher” According to the teachers’ opinions working in village, this situation is important in that there is a trust problem between the class teacher and local people. According to scale, the class teachers’ opinions on the problems about public interaction working in township center is ‘’Always’’ According to scale, being always that the class teachers’ opinions on the problems about public interaction working in township center may mean that the public do not trust in the teacher, the education do not satisfy the public, the public do not respect the teacher and the public criticize the teacher at any chance. According to arithmetic average of the opinions in scale, the most important problem of all the problems about public interaction of the class teachers working in township center is ‘’ The public do not trust in teacher.‘’ According the opinions of the teachers working in village, the most important problem is that the public do not trust in teacher. In this situation, being serious trust problem between teachers who both working in village and township and the public is noticed.
