In the last 10 years in Turkey, the construction sector has shown a rapid development. Increasing profit rates have raised the interest of investors in this sector. In fact, many companies operating in the industrial sector have been involved in major projects and partnerships to obtain a share of the pie in the construction sector. In capitalist system while high profits seem to be an attractive element in the short term but will cause irreversible damage in the long run. Chief among these is the loss of agricultural land and to be converted into a concrete jungle of green areas, deterioration of the skyline of a city like Istanbul can be considered. In this study, a company that built nature integrated low-rise buildings/villas in different provinces in Turkey is examined. By adding refrigerators to its built-in series, the company intends to gain competitive advantage in the sector and to increase customer demands. However, the company does not want to lower the profit rate while doing so and wants to make a preference that attracts attention of customers with target mass. The use of the VIKOR method, which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making techniques, has been deemed suitable for evaluating a large number of increasing and decreasing criteria. The AHP technique was also used to reduce the subjectivity of the criterion weights. The results were evaluated by the chairman of the board, architects, sales manager, accounting manager and marketing coordinator, and a consensus decision was reached.
