Tedarikçi seçimi problemine analitik ağ süreci ile alternatif bir yaklaşım

Öz:
İşletmelerin satınalma fonksiyonuna verdikleri önem, modern üretim sistemleri ve bilgi sistemlerinin gelişimine paralel olarak artış göstermiştir. Bu artışta malzeme maliyetlerinin kar üzerindeki etkisi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Satınalma fonksiyonunun önemli modüllerinden biride tedarikçi seçimidir. Tedarikçi seçimi “yapalım mı?, alalım mı?” sorusu ile başlayan ve “alalım” kararına paralel olarak gelişim gösteren bir süreçtir. Bu süreçte analitik yöntemlerin kullanılması yöneticilerin karar vermesini kolaylaştırmakta, aynı zamanda doğru kararların verilmesine de katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Dağdeviren ve Eren [1] tarafından, tedarikçi seçimine yönelik olarak yapılan çalışma Analitik Ağ Süreci ile tekrar modellenmiş ve tedarikçi seçimi problemine alternatif bir çözüm önerilmiştir. Ayrıca ilgili çalışma ile bu çalışmanın sonuçları karşılaştırılmış ve yorumlanmıştır.
