According to the instruction on primary school institutions, primary school teaching is the staple factor, between 1st and 5th years. They offer teaching service to the students who are at their 1st 2nd 3rd 4th and the 5th year according to class teaching. The aim of that study is to put primary school teacher’s opinion forward about managing problems and their effects on performance. Of the primary school teachers who perform at private or the state’s primary schools in Denizli, 301 teachers were chosen randomly and plaging. The data was collected by the poll which is called “likert type”. The results are as following: 1. The first three terms (in order), on the questions of managing problems which are declared by primary school teachers, are that schools’ administration makes teachers collect money in the mane of the school and that the teachers’ opinions about decision make on their aren’t taken into consideration by the administration and that schools ‘ administration departments don’t owe a virtual system of objective performance system2.
