Güçlendirme ile Nicel İşletme Performansı Arasındaki İlişkide Örgüte Güven ve Duygusal Bağlılığın Aracılık Etkileri

Öz:
Bu çalışmanın amacı güçlendirme ve işletmelerin nicel performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi ve bu ilişkide örgüte duyulan güven ve duygusal bağlılığın aracılık etkilerini incelemektir. Bu amaçla güçlendirmenin nicel performans üzerindeki etkisinde örgüte güven ve duygusal bağlılığın aracılık etkisini ortaya koyacak yapısal eşitlik modeli (YEM) oluşturulmuştur. Bu çalışmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket kullanılmış, veriler üretim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren orta ölçekli işletmelerin çalışanlarından elde edilmiştir. İşletmelere dağıtılan 1000 anketten 360 adet anketin geri dönüşü sağlanmış analizler kullanılabilir durumda olan 353 adet anket ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; güçlendirme, örgüte güven, duygusal bağlılık ve nicel işletme performansı arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönde ilişkiler vardır. Ayrıca güçlendirmenin nicel işletme performansı üzerindeki etkisinde örgüte güven ve duygusal bağlılığın aracılık etkisinin olduğu ortaya konmuştur.

KİLLERİN PÜLP ORTAMINDAKİ DAVRANIŞI VE FLOTASYONA ETKİSİ

Öz:
Dünyada zengin maden yataklarının azalmasıyla birlikte, yüksek kil içerikli ve düşük tenörlü cevher yataklarının işlenmesinin zorunluluk haline gelmesi ve bunun içinde flotasyon yönteminin kullanımı önem kazanmaktadır. Pek çok cevherleşmede ana gang minerali olarak bulunan kil mineralleri, zenginleştirme işlemlerinin tüm aşamalarında problem oluşturmaktadır. Yüksek kil içerikli cevherlerin işlenmesindeki zorluklar onların farklı ve karmaşık bir yapıya sahip olmalarından kaynaklanmaktadır. Bileşim ve sınıflandırma bakımından en karmaşık mineraller arasında yer alan kil mineralleri arasında belirgin yapısal farklılıklar mevcuttur. Bu yapısal farklılıklar onların zenginleştirme işlemleri sırasındaki davranışlarında dolayısıyla zenginleştirme işlemlerine olan etkilerinde de farklılıklar oluşturmaktadır. Kil içeren gang minerallerinin mineralojisini ve yapısal özelliklerini ve bu özelliklerin zenginleştirme işlemlerine etkilerini anlamanın önemi günden güne artmaktadır.Kil minerallerinin varlığı flotasyonda köpük kararlılığının değişmesi, şişme davranışı kaynaklı problemler, pülpün viskozitesinde artış meydana gelmesi, fazla reaktif tüketimi, şlam kaplama ve mekanik taşıma gibi problemlere neden olmaktadır. Flotasyon verimini artırmak için, kil minerallerinin etkisinden emin olmak ve bu mekanizmayı iyi anlamak gereklidir. Bu makalede, kil minerallerinin flotasyon performansı üzerine etkileri ve bu konuda yapılan bilimsel çalışmalar incelenmiştir

Behaviour of Clays in Pulp Media and Their Effect on Flotation

Öz:
Flotation method has gained importance because of necessity for processing of high clay content and low grade ore deposits with the reduction of the rich ore deposits in the world. Clay minerals which are the main gangue mineral in many mineralization create problems in all steps of the mineral processing. Difficulties in the processing of high clay content in ores are due to their different and complex structure. The clay minerals which have significant structural differences are the most complicated minerals in terms of composition and classification. These structural differences cause different behavior, so effect the enrichment process. The importance of understanding the mineralogy of clay minerals and their structural characteristics, hence effect of this properties to enrichment process is increasing day by day. The presence of clay minerals leads to problems such as changing of froth stability, problems related to swelling behavior, increase in pulp viscosity, overconsumption of reagents, slime coating and mechanical entrainment in flotation. To improve the flotation performance, to ensure the effects of clay minerals and understand this mechanism is required. In this article, it was investigated the effects of clay minerals on flotation performance and scientific studies related with this issue

The Mediating Effects of Trust in Organization and Affective Commitment on the Relationship between Empowerment and Quantitative Business Performance

Öz:
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between empowerment and quantitative business performance and the mediator effects of trust in organization and affective commitment on the influence of empowerment on the quantitative business performance. For this purpose, to test the mediator effects of organization in trust and affective commitment on the influence of empowerment on the quantitative business performance structural equation model (SEM) is used. In this study questionnaire was used as data collection method, and the research data was collected from employees of medium-sized firms operating in the manufacturing industry. 360 of 1000 questionnaires distributed could be collected from the firms and 353 of them were available to use for the research analyses. According to the research results; there are significant and positive relationships between empowerment, trust in organization, affective commitment and quantitative business performance. Additionally the results indicated that trust in organization and affective commitment have mediator effects on the impact of employee empowerment on the quantitative business performance.
