Kablo sektöründe tedarikçi seçimi için bütünleşik dematel-aas-vıkor yönteminin kullanılması

Öz:
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, kablo sektöründe polietilentedarikçisi seçim kriterlerini belirlemek, kriterler arası ilişkileriortaya koymak ve kriterlerin önem düzeylerini saptayaraktedarikçi seçimi uygulamasını gerçekleştirmektir. Çalışmanın buamaçlarına ulaşabilmek için sırasıyla DEMATEL, Analitik Ağ Sürecive VIKOR yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları, ürün fiyatınınuygunluğu nun tedarikçi seçiminde en önemli kriter olduğunuortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca en uygun tedarikçinin yer aldığı uzlaşıkçözüm kümesi, iki firmadan oluşmuştur.

Using ıntegrated dematel-anp-vıkor method for supplier selection in cable sector

Öz:
The main purpose of this study is to determine the polyethyl -ene supplier selection criteria in the cable industry, to identifythe relationships between criteria and to perform the applica -tion of supplier selection by determining the level of impor-tance. In order to reach this objective of the study, DEMATEL,Analytic Network Process and VIKOR methods were used re -spectively. The results of the analysis indicated that the suit-ability of the product price is defned as the most importantcriteria. Also, compromising solution set where the most suit-able supplier is composed of two companies.
