Buldan Baraj Gölü (Denizli) planktonu ve mevsimsel değişimi

Öz:

Buldan Baraj Gölü’nün plankton kompozisyonu Eylül 1995 ile Ağustos 1996 tarihleri arasında aylık dönemlerle araştırılmıştır. Seçilen 3 istasyondan 60 μm göz açıklığına sahip plankton kepçesi kullanılarak horizontal ve vertikal örnekler alınmıştır. Toplanan örnekler %4’lük formalin solusyonunda tespit edilmiştir. Göl suyunun fiziko-kimyasal özelliklerinden sıcaklık, ışık geçirgenliği, pH, çözünmüş oksijen, oksijen doygunluğu ve elektriksel iletkenlik tayinleri yerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Planktonik çalışmalar sonucunda, fitoplanktonda 76 (Cyanobacteria’ya ait 18, Heterokontophyta’ya ait 1, Ochrophyta’ya ait 26, Dinoflagellata’ya ait 3, Euglenozoa’ya ait 7, Chlorophyta’ya ait 17 takson ve Charophyta’ya ait 4 takson), zooplanktonda ise 30 (Rotifera’ya ait 23, Cladocera’ya ait 5, Copepoda’ya ait 1 ve Argulidea’ya ait 1 takson) olmak üzere toplam 106 takson tespit edilmiştir. Fitoplanktonda Chlorophyta ve Ochrophyta, zooplanktonda ise Rotifera gruplarının baskın olduğu bulunmuştur.

Seasonal change of plankton in Buldan Dam Lake (Denizli).

Öz:

Plankton composition of Buldan Dam Lake was studied by monthly intervals, between September 1995 and August 1996. Samples were collected from 3 stations of the lake. Plankton samples were collected horizontally and vertically by standard plankton net with a mesh size of 60 μm. The plankton samples were immediately fixed in 4% formaldehyde. Measurements of major physico-chemical properties of the lake such as temperature, water transparency, pH, dissolved oxygen, dissolved oxygen saturation, and water conductivity have been made in situ. At the end of qualitative studies, a total of 106 taxa of planktonic communities representing 76 taxa of phytoplankton (18 belonging to Cyanobacteria, 1 belonging to Heterokontophyta, 26 belonging to Ochrophyta 3 belonging to Dinoflagellata, 7 belonging to Euglenozoa, 17 belonging to Chlorophyta and 4 belonging to Charophyta), and 30 taxa of zooplankton (23 belonging to Rotifera, 5 belonging to Cladocera, 1 belonging to Copepoda, and 1 belonging to Argulidae) were identified. Results showed that Chlorophyta and Ochrophyta were the predominant components of phytoplankton, and Rotifera was the predominant component of zooplankton.
